Barre / Pilates / Shape Instructor

ML Studios offers a range of modern boutique gym programs and classes, including ML Cycle, Yoga and Pilates. We aim to inspire and support our members in achieving their mental & physical goals, with a touch of fun!

Our mission is to create an intimate, personal and team-minded company where everybody feels welcome and part of our community. We are doing this together, like a family. On top of that we want to make the “Boutique Gym” experience available for everyone. We do this by keeping our prices fair, respecting everyone as they are, and building a brand that people want to be part of.

As an Instructor at ML Studios, you will be responsible for conducting classes and training sessions in your specialty. You will:

• Develop lesson plans and tailor them to our members' needs
• Lead interactive and engaging classes to guide our members in achieving their fitness goals
• Provide guidance to members to improve their technique and optimize their results
• Contribute to the development of new classes to keep our offerings up-to-date
  
  

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate instructors in Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, etc. (to be added) with:

• Knowledge and experience in your discipline or a willingness to learn
• Experience in leading group classes and personal training, or a strong desire to learn
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire our members
• A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to continue learning and growing as an instructor
• The ability to effectively collaborate with members to help them achieve their personal goals
