Student association Maximus strives to connect students in Breda, regardless of background, through friendship. Members are respectful, social and committed, together we build a strong foundation for a future career through networking. Partly because of this, we can separate ourselves as an association from the traditional associations and we set expectations, but no obligations.
Members form Maximus. Despite the fact that we seek out the connection with external parties, just keeping them satisfied is not going to make Maximus survive. Motivated and enthusiastic members are the foundation of the association. Members are ready for each other and proudly wear the club clothing. Building mutual friendships; friendships for life, which one can later look back on together with beautiful memories is what the association wants to facilitate. We will strengthen this by connecting members regardless of age, study and background. In the first place, broadening the social network for our members should be the number one spearhead. Studying and pursuing a career is paramount. “No obligations”, that is literally the term used at the time. This is characteristic of Maximus, fits completely into the modern “anti-traditional” picture and is something we want to hold on to in the future.
